1. Off-Road Use Only

All LAMBDA USA calibrations and tuning products are intended for off-road use only. They are not to be used on public highways or streets. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that they are designed solely for vehicles used in sanctioned off-road racing and recreational activities.

2. Compliance with Emission Regulations

LAMBDA USA strictly adheres to all local, state, and federal emissions regulations. We do not modify or alter any emissions control devices or systems. We will refuse any requests to modify or disable emissions systems. By purchasing our products, you agree not to use them in a manner that violates any emissions regulations.

3. User Responsibility

By purchasing and using LAMBDA USA products, the end user agrees to use them in a lawful manner that complies with all local, state, and federal laws. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the use of our products does not violate any regulations or laws applicable to their vehicle.

4. Warranty and Liability

LAMBDA USA products are provided "as is" without any warranties. While LAMBDA USA goes to great lengths to ensure the reliability and performance of all distributed calibrations, it is important to understand that all vehicle modifications carry inherent risks. By modifying your vehicle, you acknowledge that you are putting additional stress on mechanical and electronic components, which may lead to increased wear and tear or potential failure. LAMBDA USA cannot predict all possible outcomes or potential issues that may arise from using our products.

By purchasing and using LAMBDA USA products, you agree to assume all risks associated with vehicle modifications. You also agree that LAMBDA USA LLC, its affiliates, and its suppliers are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, that may result from the use of our products. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold LAMBDA USA LLC harmless from any claims or legal actions arising from the use of our products. It is your responsibility to ensure that any modifications comply with local, state, and federal laws, and that your vehicle is safely and properly modified by qualified professionals.
